Ste. Anne: Parking is available on-site at Phoenix Cheer Athletics Gym.
There’s no need to arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment. I may be finishing up with the client before you, so thank you for your patience — wait times may occasionally be up to ten minutes.
Ste. Anne guests: If I’m still with another client when you arrive, you’re welcome to wait comfortably in your vehicle until I signal that I’m ready for you.
Niverville guests: You’re welcome to let yourself in and relax in the waiting area at the bottom of the stairs.
Absolutely! I am a licensed massage therapist. This means you can submit receipts for any massage or stretch therapy treatments (private sessions only) to your benefit provider.
Please note: energy treatments are not covered by insurance.
I currently do not offer direct billing, as most patients find submitting electronically to be quick and easy. If you need help learning how to submit your claims, I’m always happy to guide you!
Yes! Deep tissue work is available, and pressure is always adjusted to match your comfort level.
Yes, relaxation treatments are absolutely available.
After deep tissue work, it’s normal to feel sore for 3–5 days — similar to the feeling after a good workout. Gentle stretching can help ease this feeling as your body adjusts.
Feel free to use heat or cold therapy to soothe any discomfort. Drink plenty of water and listen to what your body needs.
Mild bruising can occasionally occur, especially within your first few sessions. This is normal and typically decreases over time.

Our sweet fur baby, Groot, is a Jack Russell Terrier X and will likely greet you with great enthusiasm! He is hypoallergenic and loves treats. If you prefer not to interact with dogs, just let me know — I’m happy to tuck him away for your visit.
